Cafe Mohalla at LMNIIT Fest

PJI held a Cafe Mohalla meet at the LMNIIT Vivacity 2011 Fest this past Sunday. Throughout the three-day event, PJI hosted a stall to promote visibility and tell new people about Pravah. On Sunday, roughly 20 volunteers came to host the cafe meeting.



As part of the Cafe, members played games such as snakes and ladders to help other students learn about active citizenship. They interacted with many students from colleges in Delhi, Laxmangarh, Punjab, many different colleges in Jaipur. Also, there was a street play about peace at different levels of society, to spread the message of peace to the audience at large.



The cafe was followed by a performance by PJI members Ritansh and Karan on the fests' main stage, and the group stayed to enjoy their energetic show. The Vivacity Fest was a great opportunity to engage with new students and spread the PJI message, and many expressed an interest in joining the group as well as signing up for the upcoming blood drive.
